Meet Granbury’s Board Certified Endodontist
Dr. Francisco Nieves is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Endodontists (ABE) and has been practicing since his graduation in 2018.
He grew up in southwestern Fort Worth, attending North Crowley High School and then Saint Bonaventure University on a swimming scholarship for his undergraduate studies.
Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Nieves received his DDS from the UT School of Dentistry in Houston, then pursued his passion for endodontics by completing specialty training at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
Outside of his passion for patient care, Dr. Nieves enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hosting his family for sports-watching and other gatherings and drinking the finest craft beer and coffee in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Dr. Nieves is Board Certified, which means he’s spent hundreds of additional hours on training to make sure you get the highest quality care.
Board certified endodontists comprise of only 25% of endodontists and are required to submit for recertification every 10 years.

Dr. Nieves’s side project: Working with Mercy Clinic
Dr. Nieves is one of more than 140 volunteers who provide free healthcare to residents of Ft. Worth who meet certain requirements. Having grown up in south Ft. Worth, he’s seen first-hand the need for help for many residents of zip codes 76110 and 76104. As soon as he returned to Texas after his residency, he made a point to donate his time to Mercy Clinic has helped many residents of Ft. Worth with root canals and other dental and endodontic procedures.
